Terms of Service

By accessing our website, placing orders, or engaging with Carbonaurum's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

These terms apply to all users of our services, including customers, partners, and visitors to our website.

Carbonaurum provides advanced carbon fiber materials and manufacturing services, including:

• Raw carbon fiber materials (UD layers, plain/twill weave fabrics)
• Custom carbon fiber products (fishing rods, drone components, industrial parts)
• OEM/ODM manufacturing services
• Engineering consultation and technical support

All products are manufactured to specified technical requirements and industry standards. Custom specifications may require additional lead time and costs.

Order Process: All orders must be confirmed in writing with detailed specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements. Custom orders require signed technical drawings and material specifications.

Pricing: Prices are quoted in USD and valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Custom products require individual quotation based on complexity and volume.

Payment Terms: Standard payment terms are 30% deposit with order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. Alternative payment arrangements may be negotiated for established customers.

Lead Times: Standard products: 7-14 business days. Custom products: 3-6 weeks depending on complexity. Sample orders: 3-10 business days.

Shipping: We offer FOB, CIF, and DDP terms. Customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees unless otherwise agreed in DDP terms.

Force Majeure: Delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, government regulations) will not constitute breach of contract.

All products undergo rigorous quality control following ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards. We provide:

• Material certificates and test reports
• Dimensional inspection reports
• Mechanical property verification (when applicable)
• Certificate of Origin

Customer must inspect products within 7 days of receipt and report any quality issues immediately.

Warranty Period: 12 months from delivery date for material defects. Warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes damage from misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.

Returns: Defective products may be returned for replacement or credit. Custom-manufactured products cannot be returned unless they fail to meet agreed specifications.

Remedy: Our liability is limited to replacement of defective products or refund of purchase price. We do not cover consequential damages or losses.

Carbonaurum's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific products involved. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Customer is responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended application and comply with all applicable safety and regulatory requirements.

Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality of customer designs, specifications, and proprietary information. All technical data is protected under non-disclosure agreements.

Customer IP: Customers retain ownership of their designs and specifications. We do not claim rights to customer intellectual property.

Our IP: Manufacturing processes, techniques, and proprietary materials remain the intellectual property of Carbonaurum.

Either party may terminate ongoing agreements with 30 days written notice. Termination does not affect orders already in production or completed orders awaiting shipment.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate agreements immediately for breach of terms, non-payment, or illegal activities.
