Why the 5-piece option is highlighted
The 5-piece tier gives the best listed unit price and is useful when a buyer needs enough material for machining trials, finish comparison and several prototypes. A single piece remains available for low-risk evaluation, while 3 pieces provide a middle step.
Thickness options from 1 mm to 30 mm
Colored forged carbon fiber sheets can commonly be produced from 1 mm to 30 mm thick, including 0.5 mm increments. Not every thickness is stocked in every sheet footprint, but the range helps engineers match machining allowance and final part geometry. Tell us the finished thickness and whether you need a polished, matte or machining surface.
What “existing mold” means
An existing-mold size uses tooling already available at Carbonaurum. This reduces setup time and enables selected sheets to start from one piece. Many confirmed existing-mold orders can be dispatched in approximately 1–2 weeks. International transit is separate.
Color series and price differences
Classic colored forged sheets and optical-effect Photonic Series sheets use different material systems and therefore have different prices. Compare all material series and confirm the chosen visual effect before requesting a quotation.

Does the price include shipping?
No. Listed prices are EXW. International freight is quoted after destination and quantity are confirmed.
Can I order a thickness ending in 0.5 mm?
Yes. Many projects can use thickness increments of 0.5 mm within the 1–30 mm production range.
What happens above five pieces?
Request a production quotation. Larger quantities can receive lower unit pricing based on the confirmed specification and schedule.
