What makes Photonic material different?
The Photonic Series combines optical-effect behavior with forged carbon fiber. Its appearance changes with angle, light and surface finish. Because the material system is different from classic colored forged carbon fiber, it has its own price structure.
One piece for visual and machining evaluation
Selected existing-mold Photonic sheets and tubes can be purchased from one piece. A one-piece trial allows a designer to inspect the angle-responsive effect, machine a prototype, compare polish levels and present the material to a customer before committing to volume.
Why 5-piece pricing is emphasized
The 5-piece tier has the lowest listed unit price. It suits projects that require multiple prototypes, yield allowance or several finished parts. The 3-piece option is a middle step, while one piece offers the smallest initial order.
Thickness and custom sizes
Sheet thickness can commonly be produced from 1 mm to 30 mm, including 0.5 mm increments. Existing-mold footprints support faster small orders. Custom dimensions or components require a feasibility, tooling and quantity review.
Lead time and shipping
Many confirmed existing-mold orders can be dispatched in approximately 1–2 weeks. International transit time is additional. Provide destination country and preferred shipping method so freight can be quoted separately from the EXW material price.
