Check color, optical behavior, machining, polishing, bonding and application fit with the smallest available order.
Step 2: 3-piece verification
Produce several prototypes, compare process settings and retain material for customer approval or destructive testing.
Step 3: 5-piece value tier
The 5-piece tier provides the lowest listed unit price and enough material for multiple finished samples or a pilot batch.
Step 4: bulk production quote
Once the design and specification are stable, request production pricing. Larger quantities may receive a lower unit price calculated against confirmed material, dimensions, yield and schedule.
Typical dispatch time
Many confirmed existing-mold orders can be dispatched in approximately 1–2 weeks. This is factory dispatch timing. International transit is additional and depends on destination, courier or freight method and customs.
Thickness and format flexibility
Sheets can commonly be produced from 1 mm to 30 mm thick, including 0.5 mm increments. Existing-mold footprints are the fastest route to a one-piece trial. For a new size, share the finished part drawing and machining allowance so Carbonaurum can recommend a practical blank.
